On 16 February 2021, I offered two “Zoom Bootcamp” sessions for members of our World Council on Intercultural and Global Competence community. The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed many of us to move our meetings, formal and informal learning interventions, to virtual sessions, oftentimes using Zoom or other video call solutions.
